Step 1: Credit Application

What is a Credit Account with KINNECT?

KINNECT can offer some customers a credit account, allowing them to purchase services via our Carelever portal and settle the payment via an invoice after the service has been completed. Credit accounts are limited customers with higher purchasing requirements. If you are needing a small number of services, please use our pre-paid online services via the link above.

 

How can I apply for a Credit Account with KINNECT?

In order to establish a credit account, we require you to submit this application form. Once submitted, KINNECT will review this information against our credit parameters. We will also perform a Credit Check on your organisation through Creditor Watch.

 

What happens after I submit this Credit Application?

Once an outcome has been made, KINNECT will notify you of the outcome via an email. Please note, our credit accounts are subject to minimum purchasing requirements so if you're not sure this is suitable for your business, please reach out to one of our Account Managers or alternatively use our pre-paid online ordering options on our website.

An outcome on your Credit Application may take up to 3 business days.

 

What are the other options if we want to purchase services from KINNECT but don't want to setup a Credit Account?

You can still order services from KINNECT without a credit account. We will however require payment at the time of placing your order. This can be done either with a credit card or we can issue you an invoice for bank transfer of funds.
