KINNECT Cements Itself as Leader for Council Occupational Health Services
Coinciding with the recent announcement of KINNECT remaining the incumbent Medical Provider for Gladstone Regional Council, KINNECT have also been informed of their success in securing preferred Medical Supplier status for the Rockhampton Regional Council.
The Rockhampton Regional Council is the Local Authority representing the Rockhampton Region which covers the townships of Rockhampton, Mount Morgan and Gracemere as as well as a number of smaller provincial localities and currently employs over 800 staff.
KINNECT will deliver a range of Occupational Health services to the council including:
- Pre-Employment Functional Assessments
- Job Task Analysis
- Injury Prevention Services

Working with Rockhampton Regional Council is not unfamiliar to KINNECT, having already developed 30+ Job Dictionaries for the organisation, streamlining return to work processes and allowing the development of job specific pre-employment functional assessments. To date, KINNECT have performed greater then 100 Pre-Employment Functional Assessments for Rockhampton Regional Council, minimising risk and improving the health of their workforce.
