KINNECT: Preparing for Growth and Embracing New Changes

KINNECT has experienced remarkable growth over the past 27 years, now boasting over 273 team members across 14 offices.

We have recently announced plans to further expand our presence across Australia with new offices in Newcastle, Bundaberg and Adelaide underway. Central to our growth and continued success is our commitment to investing in our people and the success of our emerging leadership program over the last 4 years which 42 KINNECTer’s have completed to date. As part of planning for this next exciting phase, we have some exciting updates to share.

Welcoming Our New Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

As of 1st July 2024, Dave Hughes became the Chief Executive Officer of KINNECT. Over his five-year tenure with us, Dave has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership and a strong commitment to our core values. Having started his journey with KINNECT as a prac student and new graduate 21 years ago, Dave later gained valuable global experience with large, like-minded organisations. Dave has also successfully served as acting CEO on multiple occasions, excelling in each instance ensuring KINNECT’s ongoing success.

Introducing Our New Chief Operating Officer (COO)

With Dave transitioning into the CEO role, Amanda Johnston has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). Amanda, a Registered Psychologist with over 20 years of industry experience. Amanda is well-regarded in the industry, and brings a wealth of experience, strategic insight, and a proven track record of driving operational excellence.

Appointment of Chairman (KINNECT) & Chief Executive Officer (Carelever)

From 1^st July 2024, Kevin Conlon transitioned from CEO of KINNECT to a new role as Chairman at KINNECT and CEO of Carelever. Kevin will continue to support KINNECT and Carelever with strategic direction while supporting Dave in his new role.
