KINNECT set to feature in Best Places to Work in Australia for 2nd year in a row
Occupational Health Company KINNECT is set to feature once again on the Best Places to Work in Australia, this year climbing into the Top 50 category.
In 2015, KINNECT ranked number 18 out of 100 on the Best Places to Work in Australia: under 100 employees list.
It was one of only two health companies and the only Queensland-based company to make the Top 100 List.
CEO Kevin Conlon describes KINNECT as a company driven by a positive company culture.
“KINNECT’s culture is by design but starts with selecting ‘A’ players that meet our core values: ‘Highly Skilled Happy People Creating Sustainable Value,’”
Great Places to Work Australia (GPTW) studies workplace cultures on the basis of credibility respect, fairness, pride and camaraderie, all in which KINNECT excels, according to their 2015 score.
KINNECT Pre-Employment Clinical Manager Rowan Macaulay states consistently remaining on the list is extremely important, with constant improvement encouraged by monthly ‘Kulture’ surveys.
“Every month we do a culture survey which helps us to measure our workplace culture and identify areas for continuous improvement” he said.
The survey allows opportunity for feedback and comments which help to establish what can be improved in the workplace.
“KINNECT will continue to internally measure our Kulture performance on a monthly basis with external validation by GPTW once per year,” said Mr Conlon.
“That consistent and constant focus on our Kulture keeps it front of mind and ensures that we are focused on improving it.”
The winners and corresponding rankings on the Best Places to Work in Australia list will be announced on the 31st of August.
