KINNECT's Christmas Holiday Shutdown Confirmed

With the festive season fast approaching, KINNECT would like to take this opportunity to advise clients of our planned office closure over the Christmas and New Year period. 

KINNECT offices will close at 12pm (local time) on Friday 24 December 2021, and re-open at 8am on Tuesday 4 January 2022. 

With the recent easing of restrictions in a number of states, we are anticipating demand for services to continue to be strong up until Christmas. For this reason we are urging clients to take note of the following important dates to ensure you can plan accordingly: 

• 20th December – is the last day for an appointment to occur in order for you to ensure you receive the results back before Christmas. Appointments will still be available after this date, however the results may not be returned prior to Christmas. 
• 24th December – no appointments will be available, however processing of results and scheduling appointments for 2022 will still occur up until 12PM. 

For any appointments made after 21 December, clients are advised that results are likely to be returned on or after 4 January when we reopen.
