New online booking feature in Carelever goes live
After months of development, KINNECT has released a new feature that allows clients to book a candidate’s appointment at any KINNECT clinic online. It’s never been easier to manage the pre-employment medical component of the recruitment process.
Our online booking feature allows clients to see all the available dates and times at any KINNECT clinics in real time. This has been designed to save clients valuable time and fast-tracks recruitment by eliminating back-and-forth communication and waiting for appointment confirmations.
KINNECT’s Chief Customer Officer, Clark Hopley, said this valuable new feature has already received great feedback: “We initially asked a select number of clients in Perth to trial the new feature before we rolled it out nationally for all our customers. Those customers involved in the trial provided great feedback on its effectiveness in fast tracking the confirmation of candidate’s appointments.,” he said.
